Located within the Kafkaires area of South Antiparos, this residence occupies a 31,570 sqm site and comprises a two-storey dwelling with basement and semi- basement levels, together with a swimming pool and a series of outdoor living spaces. The project is carefully positioned within the landscape to maximise privacy, capture long-distance views, and establish a strong relationship with the surrounding terrain.

The design strategy focuses on the articulation of volumes, the sequencing of indoor and outdoor spaces, and the integration of architecture with the wider landscape. Supported by a multidisciplinary team of consultants, the residence combines architectural refinement, environmental responsiveness, and technical coordination to create a contemporary island home of enduring quality.
