The project is positioned to take advantage of the site’s orientation while maintaining a strong relationship with the surrounding landscape.

The architectural concept combines contemporary residential planning with careful site organisation, integrating architecture, landscape, and outdoor living spaces into a unified composition. Particular emphasis was placed on coordination between design disciplines to ensure a balanced relationship between functionality, environmental performance, and architectural expression.
