Residence Refurbishment & Landscape Redevelopment

This project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of an existing residence together with façade modifications and extensive landscape interventions within a coastal property in Agia Kyriaki, Antiparos. The scope also included the introduction of a new swimming pool and the reorganization of external living areas to strengthen the relationship between architecture and landscape.

The design strategy focused on improving circulation, functionality, and the overall spatial experience of the property while respecting the character of the existing structures. Careful coordination between architecture, engineering, landscape design, and construction management ensured a cohesive transformation across both the built and outdoor environments.
