Located within an established residential estate in Psychiko, this project involved the renovation and upgrading of an existing two-storey residence together with the addition of a new swimming pool. The intervention sought to modernise the property while preserving its architectural character and strengthening its relationship with the surrounding grounds.

The project required the careful coordination of architecture, structure, engineering systems, and landscape design in order to integrate contemporary living requirements within an existing built environment. The outcome is a renewed residence that combines functionality, quality, and a strong connection to its outdoor setting.
