Located on the island of Patmos, this project involves the comprehensive redevelopment and upgrading of an existing property into a contemporary private estate. The scope includes the reconfiguration of interior spaces, architectural enhancements, and the creation of new outdoor amenities designed to strengthen the relationship between the built environment and its natural surroundings.

The project places particular emphasis on design coordination, engineering integration, and construction planning in order to create a cohesive residential environment that supports both everyday use and seasonal occupation.
