Set on the elevated terrain above Agios Georgios, this residential complex is organised as a composition of a main residence, guest house, swimming pool, and supporting outdoor spaces. The arrangement follows the site’s natural topography, creating a coherent relationship between architecture, landscape, and the expansive views towards Despotiko and the Aegean Sea.

The project places particular emphasis on spatial continuity, environmental responsiveness, and the organisation of outdoor living areas. The positioning of the various structures ensures both visual connectivity and privacy, while the swimming pool and terraces extend the residential experience into the surrounding landscape. The development presents a contemporary interpretation of Cycladic living shaped by careful planning and technical integration.
