RAG
Hospitality Complex
Vardis, Antiparos, Greece
Located on the inland slopes of the Vardis area in Antiparos, this hospitality development is designed to take advantage of the site’s elevated position, offering views towards the valley to the north and the Aegean Sea and Paros to the east. The buildings are arranged across different levels of the site, ensuring unobstructed views and a sense of privacy throughout the complex.
The project comprises a mix of studio apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and maisonettes, complemented by a restaurant, communal swimming pool, and parking facilities. Particular attention has been given to site planning and the integration of architecture with the landscape, establishing a hospitality environment that balances operational efficiency, guest comfort, and a strong connection to its island setting.
