Set within an 18,619 sqm site on the island of Spetses, this residence comprises a two-storey dwelling, guest houses, and ancillary buildings arranged to create a cohesive and private residential environment. The project responds to the scale and character of the landscape while establishing a clear organisational structure for the various living and supporting functions.

The design combines architectural clarity with a strong emphasis on site planning and landscape integration. Through the collaboration of architectural, engineering, and landscape consultants, the residence achieves a balanced relationship between built form, outdoor spaces, and the natural setting.
